HealthMetrix Research Selects Medicare Advantage Plan Websites for 2010 MedicareWebWatch Certification
WASHINGTON, DC (January 21, 2010) – HealthMetrix Research Inc., an independent research firm, today announced the selection of 22 Medicare Advantage plan websites for MedicareWebWatch certification. The announcement was made during the 7th Annual Medicare Congress held in Washington, DC. MedicareWebWatch certification recognizes excellence in Medicare plan website content, member connectivity, design and privacy assurance. The websites were selected from 134 Medicare Advantage websites after a comprehensive review during December 2009. According to HealthMetrix Research Inc. president Alan Mittermaier:
